Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Plotism to watch or buy series. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them. Creators also agree to the Creator Terms.

1. What Plotism is

Plotism is a platform where independent creators publish series made with AI tools. Plotism sells access to those series on behalf of the creators. Creators are responsible for their own content; Plotism does not produce it.

2. Accounts

• You log in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy.
• One account per person. Don't share purchased videos or your account.

3. Purchases

• Unlocking a season is a one-time payment. You get personal, non-transferable access to stream all episodes of that season for as long as it is available on Plotism, including episodes the creator adds to that season later.
• A season marked “ongoing” is still being made. The creator decides how many episodes it gets and when it ends; we show what is available at the time you buy. Other seasons and other series are sold separately.
• Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because a series is digital content that you can watch immediately, you ask us to give you access right away when you pay, and you agree that your right of withdrawal ends once access is provided. See our Refund Policy for when we refund anyway.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep Plotism online but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. If a season you bought is removed (for example because it breaks our rules), you can request a refund.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't download, record, re-upload or redistribute videos.
• Don't try to access content you haven't paid for or interfere with the service.
• Report content that breaks the rules using the Report button.

7. AI-generated content

All series on Plotism are fully or partly generated with AI and are fiction. Any resemblance to real people is not intended. Content is labeled “Made with AI”.

8. Reporting content and copyright

Plotism hosts series uploaded by independent creators; it does not create or check them in advance. If you believe content infringes your copyright or other rights, or is illegal, use the Report button or email support@plotism.com with: what work or right is affected, the link to the content, your contact details, and a statement that your notice is accurate and made in good faith. We review notices quickly, may remove the content, inform the creator and close accounts of repeat infringers.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Plotism is not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll show the date of the latest version here. Dutch law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
